STEP 4: Cage - Cage Cabinet
Step 4.1
Tools: 24mm wrench
Because of weight we recommend being two persons to carry the Cage Cabinet to the cage
Position it like shown in the picture, it will rest its weight on the handrail
Now hold it to make sure it doesnt tip while attaching the bolts to the U-brackets
Make sure the cabinet is firmly attached
Step 4.2 - General cable management
To avoid breakage of the connectors during operation, we use a knot (Halvstikk / dobbelt halvstikk) to secure the connectors. This knot is simple to add, and it makes sure that if a force is pulling the cable, the knot will take the beating, instead of the connectors.
The cable should not be bent more than a radius of 70mm.
This knot is used for: Power cable and both sensor cables.
Step 4.3 - Power Cable
Use the knot from 4.2 before connecting to cabinet
Connect the 230VAC connector to port 5 inside the Cage Cabinet
Connect the other end to your Power-Supply-Cabinet
Use strips/rope/tape to attach the cable to the underside of the cage-handrail. We recommend to use strips on every vertical post, with some slack on the cable in between
