CageEye uses regular marine ethernet cables on the cage. The cabinet can be connected to ethernet with the correct connector.

1. Connecting to Akvasmart IP CAP / DIGITAL CAP

At the customers instruction, CageEye can use the Ethernet connection in the CAP to facilitate communication between the cages and the barge.

Sometimes the Phoenix contact is damaged by corrosion. The life of the cable can then be extended by replacing the connector.
