Once the power is removed, wait for a minimum of 10sec before connecting it again.
Restart via UNMS
Login to https://unms.cloud.cageeye.com/nms/sites and select appropriate site (credentials).
Select a Rocket
On the left sidebar select More actions > Restart.

The restart itself might take ~10 minutes.
