CageEye uses regular marine ethernet cables on the cage. The CageEye cabinet can be connected to any ethernet with the correct connectorDHCP.

Verify that the RJ45 cable/socket have fully working network.
If there is an EAP on site:
Switch ethernet cables going into the EAP, if the EAP works the cable is ok.
If no EAP is present, you can try any other equipment that uses ethernet, for example an IP-camera or laptop, if the device gets working network, the connection is ok.
Step 2. Connect to cage network.
