Step 1. Verify that the RJ45 cable/socket have fully working network.

  1. If there is an AKVA Environmental Access Point(EAP) on site:

    1. Switch over the ethernet cables going into the EAP, if the EAP works the cable is ok.

  2. If no EAP is present, you can try any other equipment that uses ethernet, for example an IP-camera or yor laptop, if the device gets working network, the connection is ok.
